You can see our axolotl in Unseen New World. In captivity, a turtle can grow to the size of the smallest fertile nester in about 10 years; in the wild, they grow much slower. Some species however can develop directly on land, those of the genus Nectophrynoides and Nimbaphrynoides give birth to live young rather than eggs, a process known as viviparous spawning. All Plesiosaurs were marine reptiles that had four wing-like flippers and many pointed teeth.
